This special event shines a light on ageing well, fostering connection, wellbeing, and joy for seniors across Wellington, Te Upoko o Te Ika a Maui. From inspiring speakers to service providers and wellness activities, it’s a day to share information together.
As we age, staying connected and informed is vital for both mental and physical wellbeing. This event offers a chance to explore the many ways we can support healthy ageing — from staying active and socially engaged, to learning about services and support available in the community. Whether it’s through movement, mindfulness, or meaningful relationships, ageing well is about living life to the fullest at every stage.

Eat is a new sponsor for 2025 who we welcome to our fabulous event. Eat have been providing fresh, ready to heat and eat meals for 20 years and have recently become the first company in New Zealand to offer texture-modified, IDDSI-compliant ready-to-heat-and-eat meals directly to individual customers, in their own homes. The new range is called EAT Puree. This is a huge deal for people who have difficulty swallowing food or who have been prescribed a soft-food diet.
